Male Card

Evening folks, hope all is well.  Trying my very best to get round everyone of you for a catch-up - I will get there eventually. I have been spending the last few days moving furniture around the house as Baz has finally got his wish, the spare room is now his games room.  I was gonna make it the craft room - but it now means I have all the downstairs which includes - TV, Hifi, laptop and kitchen ...... lol.

Anyway, I did squeeze one card in.  I used the fabby sketch over at Truly Scrumptious, they also had an added challenge of incorporating a bit of gingham.  Across at Totally Gorjuss and Magical Crafts, both their challenges were Male/Father's Day.

I haven't used Hamish Rugby Player from Sugar Nellie for ages and since Scotland is not in the football World Cup, we will try our luck with rugby instead ...lol. I did my usual, and embossed white card with a Cuttlebug embossing folder and popped some card candys in the corners.  The sentiment is pre-printed one off the computer from my stash pile  (looks like I might have to wait on Santa coming for a new printer) and I also found a little rugby ball brad which I popped on.

Male Golfing Card

Afternoon peeps, trying to cram some crafting in today amongst other jobs.  Have done this male card using some decoupage I had made but not popping onto anything.  The challenges I have covered are Cards for Men - "Outdoors", Our Creative Corner - "Masculine Birthday" and Magical Crafts - "Black & White & Another".

It is quite a simple card with using black peel-offs for the sentiments and extra golf embellishments.  The Design Paper is from a Papermania Inspiration Paperpack..

Anya Birthday Card

Evening Folks, hope all is well.  Just a quick post before I had off to bed with a card I have just finished.  It is for my of my friend's daughter's birthday who is going to be a huge 11 years old!!!!.  I can't believe where the time goes, it doesn't seem that long ago when my friend, Wendy, had her bump. It was a really hot April/May that year and she was struggling with the heat!!!!

I used one of the Miss Anya stamps from The Greeting Farm.  Papers are from Papermania and flowers, ribbon and pearls are from stash.  Printer still broken hence the the peel-off numbers.  The challenges I have combined into this card are:-

Magnolia Down Under & Magical Crafts

Evening peeps, still no luck on memorycard-gate!  Baza is just in so he is going to have a look for it and his kind response when I explained I'd mislaid it was "Daft Bat!", he is a charmer .........lol ...... instead of playing a game on his x-box tonight he will be doing a treasure hunt to try and find it .....lol.

I managed to get my head together to do another card by using a lovely sketch over at Magical Crafts and the theme over at Magnolia Down Under which is Christmas.  I like this Edwin with the lantern so is so cute!!.
