Afternoon, back again for the second time today with another CAS baby card. This time using a Penny Black image and the tools used were my square and circle Nesties and the embossing folders were Swiss Dots and Little One. The challenges covered are:-
Good morning peeps, Sunday again. Not had much chance to play as been enjoying the glorious sunshine in the evening after working in this heat. Today however, it is back to the usual Scottish weather - rain! - so a day is planned at my table. As well as wedding cards, I am badly needing baby cards to boost the stock for the up and coming stalls next month so there will be quite a few CAS cards being made this morning..lol.. Starters for ten is this one....
The image is from Lili of the Valley and the embellishment sentiment is from stash. Tools used are circle my circle and scallops Nesties. The challenges covered are:-
Good afternoon peeps, hope all is well in Blogland. It is a very soggy Saturday here in Central Scotland, no thunder or lightning yet but it is really clammy. Just back from having a lovely afternoon tea at Airth Castle, near Stirling, with friends, it is good to have a wee catchup and bleather. So back home now watching the German Grand Prix qualifying with Barry as he relaxes on the couch - I am positive he has not moved from when I left the house earlier. Lol....
I really enjoyed making this card using my Nesties elegant rectangles and my Swiss dots embossing folder. It is decorated by a gold rub on sentiment and some gold trimmed ribbon. The challenges covered today are:-
Evening peeps, sneaking on with one of the commissioned cards I was making on Saturday afternoon using some Papernation decoupage. The image fits perfectly in the middle of the stepper card. The backing paper were a freebie in a craft mag. Ribbon, pearls and card candi are from stash. Good morning peeps, cannot believe it is Sunday again already. My week off has gone so quickly and only managed yesterday to spend some time at my table. Barry and I had to lovely days out in Glasgow and Dundee though the week.
Then, typically, our hoover finally gave up the ghost and had to go Hoover shopping, oh my word! I couldn't believe what a difference the new one has made, I was so embarrassed at how much stoor it picked up! I am convinced that the old one was spitting out dust instead of sucking it up! Lol..
So as I said earlier, I had a wee play at my table yesterday afternoon as I had a few cards to make for an order and also I managed to rustle this one up too using a Pennyblack stickeroo. The paper is a sheet out of a forever friends paperback. Ribbon, brad and buttons are from stash. Tools used are Nesties and an embossing folder. The challenges covered are:-
Good morning, and a lovely sunny morning it is too, though I don't think it is going to last long as I can see dark clouds heading my way. Lol.. Oh, well, good excuse to head to my craft table and not venture out...lol..
I am off work on holiday this week, nothing planned so it will probably be a few days out here and these, a few pub lunches and I am hoping a few hours crafting...lol.
I am seriously low in our charity cards for weddings, anniversaries and baby cards and needing to make some for a few craft fairs coming up next month so here is a start. The card is made using square and heart Nesties, embossing folders, gems and bows from stash. The challenges covered are:-
