Sunny Sunday Morning

Morning folks!!!  We have the pleasure of the sun again this morning - it is so good to see.  Pussycats were sun bathing on the front path earlier on but as per usual , as soon as I got the camera out to take a couple of pics, they moved...  I must have camera-shy pets....lol.

I must start compiling a list for the Craft fair next week held at the SECC, Glasgow.  I am venturing there on the Sunday so please folks,  leave some goodies for me!!!!.

Have used some transfers to make this clean and simple card.  Squares are cut using my Nesties.  Also used are peel off sentiments and butterflies which I have tried to 3D.  The challenges covered are:-

Baby Girl Card

Good sunny afternoon to you all.  It is starting to feel a bit more like Spring this weekend - Hooray!!!  Next door neighbour's garden is starting to flower.  Her garden always puts me to shame - green fingers I had not got (unless covering with green glitter or paint!! ....hehehe).   I am home alone today with Baza away to the footie so a wee chance to play!!!.

Music makes the world go round........

Hello, hello, hello, peeps and a happy weekend to you all.  Should really put a health warning on this sight saying *stay away* as I am still choked with this horrid cold., now I can't hear right and my taste buds are all to pot...lol.  However, to cheer myself up I have booked our summer holiday to Corfu for May - yay!!  - Sunshine here I come!!!.

This is the first time I have tried making one of these fancy type of cards an it was surprising quite easy to do.  The music background was done by using my PB stamp.  The musical round toppers are from Kanban and I cut out black and gold mirror circles using my Nesties and matt & layered them together to look like a record and stuck the drums topper onto it.  Musical notes are Sizzixlits diecuts.  Sentiment is prinrted off computer.  The challenges covered are:-

Fruit or Sponge?........

..........I like the good old fashioned fruit cake myself, with the break-my teeth hard icing...lol.  Though, I'll not turn my nose up at piece of sponge cake with the soft fondant icing either.... I'm not fussy... lol..... as my waistband can vouch for.

This is a bit of ribbed card I had laying about in my scrap box.  Decorated my 'cake' with some liquid pearls, flowers and a diecut heart all from stash.  The challenges covered are:-
