Morning folks, the weekend again, where does the days go! I am surposed to be getting organised for my holidays, ie. ironing - yuk! but instead I have sneaked to post this ..... he..he..he.
This card is for my of my closet friends whose birthday is a couple of weeks away. I have included the challenges at Cute Card Thursday - "Someone Special", Stampavie & More - "Pink", One Stitch in Time - "Going Dotty" and Penny Black Saturday - "Flowers".
The image is one of my favourites from Penny Black, I have tried to 3D it too. I popped some stickles on to just it a bit of sparkle. The design paper, I think, is from the English Paper Co. and flowers are from stash. The quote is from DCVW.
These are some pics to my two wee babies, Onyx & Jazz enjoying some sun in the garden. Don't let them kid you on - they are not as angelic as they seem...........lol

Evening peeps, hope you are all having warmer weather than we are at the mo - need to dig out all my jumpers out the cupboard again.. lol. Trying to wind down for my holi-bags (a week on Friday) but I still need to do a few cards and time is running out - FAST!!!!! I have used the fabulous sketch by Clare over at Moving along with the Times and both Cute Card Thursday and Stampin' for the Weekend have the theme "Male".
I used one of the fantastic range of boy's stamps from Lili of the Valley. The DP is from a Papermania Inspirations pack. I made the playstation symbols with a mixture of Nestie's and free-hand (you can tell which ones.... lol). The sentiment is a rub-on.
Hoping to do a little more playing this evening after dinner and tick a few more of my list for people.

Afternoon folks, lazy day for me today. The Race Night went really well and we managed to raise over a whooping £1200 - isn't that fantastic!!!!! Never got home 'til late last night so had a well deserved long lay. The only problem now is that I have a dozy head on for the rest of the day ("what's new" I hear you all say.....lol).
So I have done a none-taxing-the-brain card, keeping it simple - which suits me just fine. Very handy for me as across as Ooh La La their challenge is "Minimalist - white space essential". I also covered Totally Papercrafts - "Stitching" and over at Creative Inspirations it is "Celebration".
The pram stamp, I think, is from Anita's and the blue gingham paper is from scrap drawer (cheated and used two pieces - the join is hidden under the image - hehe). Sentiment is a blue peel off popped on ovals cut out by my Nestie's. The little ducky is a brad from stash. Decorated the pram with some Stickles to give it a bit of sparkle.

Good afternoon peeps, hope you are all well and having a lovely weekend. The sun is shining here in Bonnie Scotland (at the mo!...lol) but it comes with a chilly wind. Just having a wee play this afternoon as this evening it is the Charity Race Night so looking forward to it.
There are loads of celebrations going on in Blogland this week. Penny Black Saturday Challenge are celebrating their 100th challenge with a fantastic Blog Hop, they have a fantastic sketch to follow and fabulous prizes to be won. Stamp Something Saturday are also celebrating their 100th challenge and for this it is to create a "Birthday Something". And finally, Simon Says are celebrating their 1st Bloganniversay with a "Birthday/Celebration" theme and they too are having a fabulous Blog Hop.
I dug my PB cow stamp out of the drawer as I am making this card for a lady who lives on a farm and I have discovered I have very few farmyard stamps to choose from .....lol. The DP's and flowers are from my stash that never seems to be going down (so I can't use that as an excuse to buy more....lol.) ..............
............and finally, it is official. My printer has gone to the ink jet city in the sky.........lol. We will have to make do without one for a few more weeks yet though as we go on holiday soon and need my pennies for that...lol.

Evening peeps, hope you all have had a lovely Bank Holiday Monday, I was working today - Boo Hiss!!! lol. I ending up having a lazy evening on the couch last night with the remote control and the pussycats....lol.
This cute little image from High Hopes, The papers are from DCVW and the little paw brads and gems are from my stash. The challenges I have combined in this card are for:-
I have quite a few birthdays coming up in May, I think it is the busiest, so I will have to get cracking with them as I go on holiday in a few weeks time too.

Afternoon peeps, hope you are enjoying your May Weekend. I am working tomorrow but I did have a really good day meeting up with some girly friends for lunch and a few glasses of wine and a chat - a few more drinks later and a visit to the local nightclub I toddled in at 2am this morning!!!!! Haven't done that for years - and must say, I still got those moves for the dance floor!!!! lol
Barry has headed out up to Dundee, for the football end of year dinner and is staying over so I am home alone - Yippee!!!!!!! - more dancing around the room!!! - lol. Peace and quiet to play, play, play.
This Penny Black image is just purr-fect for a guy's card. The DP is from a paperpack I picked up in Stampaholics, Perth (which is a great Aladdin's cave) and used my oval Nestibilities and peel-offs (yes, printer still broke)
- Penny Black Saturday Challenge - "Punch it" (used my Nesties)
- Daring Cardmakers - Easel Card
- Allsorts Challenge - "Animals"
