Dutch Dare - so Charming

Morning peeps, just a quick post before nipping off to work as I forgot to pop this on last night. I was so tired I crawled upstairs to my bed and konked out straight away and I must have been snoring away as I have woken up with a sore throat!......lol.......... plus the pussycats had their ear plugs in!.
I needed a break from Chrimbo cards and did this wedding card for Dutch Dare. Their challenge was "So Charming" . I used one of my Whiff of Joy stamps, backing papers are from K & Co, and charm from stash.
Have a lovely day and look forward to catching up in all the gossip later on.

Rainbow Lady & Secret Crafter

Morning everyone. I do hope you all had a lovely weekend. Fortunately I am off work today so I get to play. I have started today with Rainbow Lady's - "Christmas with the stars" and Secret Crafter's - "Animal Antics".
It is certainly moved into Autumn now, the trees outside our house are changing and dropping off and I have been in kinks of laughter as dopey Jazz chases madly after them........lol. He cracks me up.

Papertake Weekly & One Stop

Morning all. This is a card I made last night while watching Strictly Come Dancing. Don't know my favourite is a the moment, but I think Phil "Tuffers" is up there, just because he is a cheeky chappie and Natalie Cassidy is she is loving it (and she is dancing with Vincent). Can't wait until February 'cos I have tickets for the tour coming to Glasgow.
The I really like the sketch over at Papertake Weekly, not to tricky for me. The challenge over at One Stop Craft is "Die Cut". I used a Gorjuss Girl image from Sugar Nellie and Stickled the wings and her pendant. Backing papers is from a Forever Friends paper stack. Used the snowflake Cuttlebug Embossing Folder and distressing it with blue chalk ink. Found the sequin waste in my stash.

Another Challenge Card

Well my peace is truly shattered, Lesley (aka Pinkles Dreams) has arrived with craft bag in tow and Bazabing is on his way back from the football, thankfully in a good mood as Dundee won. So I am blogging this before I get side tracked with all the waffle they both speak......lol

This card is a quite a few more challenges.......gosh.......I'm cramming them in.....lol. The sketch is from Truly Scrumptious and in the challenge was also to use three stamps, hopefully pumpkin x 2 counts......lol. Crafty Cardmakers is "3D elements" as I foam stickered the image and pumpkins up. Stamp with Fun, My Time to Craft & Allsorts is "Autumn", Whiff of Joy is a recipe (cheated a bit there as a have a few extra flowers but Shhh!!! - don't get anyone!...lol) and finally Stampavie & More is "Pumpkins".
Well hopefully I can sneek another post in before SCD (Strictly Come Dancing) starts this evening.

A few challenges

Afternoon ladies. Hope you are all well and having a lovely weekend. I have been given a long weekend off (Sat, Sun & Mon) from work. This is the first time ever & I don't know what I did to deserve it but I am making the most of it. Barry is away to the football to watch his team Dundee play so i am HOME ALONE and it is fab!!!!!
The challenges I have combined in the above card are:- Winter Wonderland - "Hot Chocolate", The Pink Elephant - lovely sketch, Cupcake Craft - "Distressing", Paperplay - "Spot this" and finally Colour Create - Hot Pink, Dusty Pink & Ice Chocolate with the option of pearls & swirls.
I used paper scraps from drawer, chalks for the distressing bit, Cuttlebug Swirl embossing folder and pearls from the Paper Mill. Heading back to the table to play again and hopefully should be back on soon.

Winter Wonderland & Allsorts Challenges

Evening everyone. I can't believe I have not been on for over a week - Bad Kaza - slaps wrist. The week has just flown by and nothing to show for it (apart from a pile of ironing - and that can wait!...lol) So I am going to have a craft-a-thon with myself tonight & all day tomorrow to try and play catch up.
The challenge over at Winter Wonderland is "Vintage" and at Allsorts is it "Snowflakes in September" so I did this little number to cover both.

The image is from papers from stash that I "Nestied", backing paper is from a Laura Ashley range and the diecut letters from a kit from Create & Craft (which the lovely Lesley had given me as a prestie).
Will catch up everyone soon as I have been peeking at everyone but not leaving a calling card.

ABC Challenge

Afternoon everyone, not much crafting getting done today as nursing a sore head - and yes, it was self inflicted!.......lol. We had a Race Night last night and we raised near enough £1000 which is fantastic!!!!.

The challenge over at ABC is "D" for Diecuts, I had this card done but unblogged so it fits in nicely. Using Cowboy Luca from Sugar Nellie and some diecut cacti, backing paper from Papermania Inspiration range and the sentiment is from DCVW.

Winter Wonderland

Ahoy me hearties!!!! I am back from my hollibags and I have serious crafting withdrawals. I have missed you all terribly and will catch with everyone soon, also will pop a few holiday snaps on (when I find the camera as still to unpack!)
Over at Winter Wonderland there is a fantastic sketch to follow with the theme of "Frosty the Snowman" and the Design Team examples, so pop across to check them all out!.

I used the fabby Edwin snowman, I didn't have any swirly things as per sketch so I popped on the "Brrr" cut from my sizzix alphabet. Backing papers I think are Papermania, brads from stash and sentiment is printed off computer.
Heading back to my table with gusto!!!!!
