Fairy Good & Woody's Vet Visit

The fairy image is from Lili of the Valley, coloured with Whisper pens with an added touch of clear Stickles on the wings.  Patterened papers are from scrap drawer, flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.  Butterfly confetti, peel offs and gems are from stash.  Tools used are Nesties, chalk inks and MS Border Punch.  The challenges covered are:-
Woody had his first visit to the vets yesterday, he was a very good boy getting his jags and Mrs Vet gave him a good check over.  Unfortunately she discovered he has dis-formed elbows, the poor mite.  We knew when we got him there was something up with his front legs, but it doesn't stop him getting about - if anything he is the wildest of the three at that age!!  The vet said that only time will tell how it will affect him, probably in the form of arthritis.  It just means he has to get lots of extra cuddles ...lol...

Holiday Countdown On.....

Evening peeps, hope you are all having warmer weather than we are at the mo - need to dig out all my jumpers out the cupboard again..  lol.  Trying to wind down for my holi-bags (a week on Friday) but I still need to do a few cards and time is running out - FAST!!!!!  I have used the fabulous sketch by Clare over at Moving along with the Times and both Cute Card Thursday and Stampin' for the Weekend have the theme "Male".

I used one of the fantastic range of boy's stamps from Lili of the Valley.  The DP is from a Papermania Inspirations pack.  I made the playstation symbols with a mixture of Nestie's and free-hand (you can tell which ones.... lol).  The sentiment is a rub-on.

Hoping to do a little more playing this evening after dinner and tick a few more of my list for people.

A Couple of Cards

Afternoon folks, hope all are having a lovely weekend.  I, myself, is just chilling out at my table and hopefully the creative juices are flowing......as well as the wine .........hehehe.

This first card I have used Henry Mouse from Whiff of Joy and used the wonderful sketch by Mojo Monday. Tried my hand at some doodling..lol.  Papers are from the English Paper Co. and snowflake diecuts are from Nestabilities - build a snowflake.  The challenge over at Stampin' for the Weekend is Christmas with Red, Green & Gold and Stampavie & more is "Christmas".

This card I have used Hamish from Sugar Nellie and copied the sketch from Just Christmas & Birthday Challenge Blog.  Papers are from Dovecraft (I think) and used my Swiss Dots Cuttlebug Embossing Folder. The challenge across at My Time to Craft is "Winter Pals" and Paperplay Challenge is Christmas without Red or Green.

Stampin' for the weekend - 30th

Hello folks, have had a lovely easy day today, caught up with some of my TV programmes on i-player.  It is quite a clever little thing - was playing it though Baza's Playstation 3 so I could watch them on the telly instead of the PC.  This is one of the card I had to make, the girl's birthday has passed now so I can blog it - always scared to do it before for some reason!!! The Challenge over at Stampin' for the Weekend is "Lets Celebrate".

I used one of the lovely Gorjuss Girls from Sugar Nellie (could just image myself in that pose on a chez-lounge.....lol).  The huge big black bow is from Poppicrafts, Backing Papers are from Daisy & Dandelion. Circles are by using my Nesties and charm, flowers & number peel-offs are from stash.
