Good afternoon my lovelies.  I am enjoying my Birthday with one of my best friends, Lesley (aka Pinkles Dreams) with a play date.  So far only one card has been created, not surprising with the amount of yaking and laughing going on...lol.

Starry Starry Night....

Evening peeps - whoop whoop it's Friday.  The sun is shining and I am hoping for a crafty weekend.  I have a few commissioned cards to make and then I can play, play, play!!!!

This is a card I was asked to make by one of the officers at work for his wife, apparently she is a helper at her local Brownie pack and this is her "Brownie" name, Sparkly Owl.  I drew the template by myself (clever me!) and embossed various parts with my embossing folders and used various punches.  The challenges covered are:-

Dance Yourself Dizzy

Good Evening peeps - it's Friday - whoop whoop!  Hope you have something good planned for the weekend.  I am going out for cocktails with friends tomorrow and then visiting family on Sunday, so little time to play at my table.

Popping on with this card I had been asked to make.  The girly image is from Lili of the Valley, decorated with some diamond stickles.  Backing papers are a mixture of Crafters Companion Be Bunni and one out of scrap drawer.  Borders and sentiment are from a Crafters Companion paper kit.  Flowers, gems and peel off numbers are from stash.  Tools used were a Martha Stewart border punch and Music Notes Sizzix Diecut.  The challenges covered are:-

Gorjuss Naming Day

Evening peeps.  Hope you had a good Easter and some of you lucky folks are enjoying a few days holiday.  I had good intentions of having a nice weekend of sunshine and crafting but instead ended up in bed for 3 days with suspected food poisoning - never want to see mushroom pakora ever again!!!

The new release of the latest Gorjuss Girls gave the mojo to rake out one of my favourite Gorjuss stamps bought from Funkykits.  Polka dot paper is from scrap drawer and gems and sentiment are from stash.  I added some glitter stickles to the wings for a bit of sparkle.  Tools used are Swiss dots embossing folder and oval Nesties.  The challenges covered are:-

Evening everyone.  Hopping on here and blogging this birthday card made for my Nephew who was 15 on Saturday there.  The decoupage image is from Le Pashe, starry backing paper is from a DCVW paperback.  Foam numbers were bought from Tescos. Shopaholics

Morning peeps, hope all are enjoying the weekend.  You would not believe that British Summertime starts this weekend (remember to move clocks forward one hour) as looking out the window just now it is blowing a "hoolie" here...lol.

I am hoping to get to my table for a few hours, I have not had chance to "play" with some new must have purchases and they are stilling in their delivery box... Before I do though I am blogging this commissioned card made using a Miss Anya stamp from The Greeting Farm, papers are from a docrafts paperback, diecut handbags are from stash and I decorated them using bits and bobs laying around. Evening peeps.  Apologies for not being on for a while, it has been quite hectic in life just now with work, family and holidays.  Fingers crossed things will start to settle down soon.

Love the Bump

Evening my lovelies, how is everyone.  I am still trying to catch up with the commissioned card orders so have had not much time to play.  My new job is going great, my head is pickled with insurance and risk terminology but really enjoying taking in new information.  

I made this card for a work colleague whose baby is due end February.  We all gave her the card and a wee pressie last Friday and she had a wee baby girl two days later, a good few weeks early.  Both are doing well thankfully.  The baby bump template is one I have used previously many times before and have used up scrap card/paper from stash.  The challenges covered are:-
