Back In Action...

.... well, hopefully thanks to Lesley (aka Pinkles Dreams).  After a long time suffering with Blogger/Internet connection issues she suggested switching to Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer and - fingers crossed (and toes) - it has worked and I can get back to normal -  Hip hip hooray!!!!!.

While I have mentally been throwing the computer out of window lol,  I have been busy making quite a few commissioned cards which all funds go to The Brionni Trust.  We have got  a busy time coming up for the Charity with a Race Night on the 26th May and then we have a stall at the Scribbler's Picnic, Stirling on the 17th June - we will have to get cracking making some more cards for stock for there as it a great day and lovely to see some regular faces.

Well, enough babbling on and get onto some crafting.... this is one of the commissioned cards I had to do on my list which is for a 21st Birthday.  The image is a Kenny K digi stamp coloured with my watercolour paints.  I had a little problem as I don't have promarkers, copics etc... so when colouring the printer ink on the stamp starting to bleed - oops - fingers crossed it is not that noticeable.  The stripey paper is from DCVW and the CD is an old recycled one.  The musical notes on the CD are peeloffs and the metal star is from stash.  The challenges covered are:-

Good to see you back and with such a fab card. Hobbycraft have Promarkers for 5 for £3.99 at the moment. I also have a yummy candy which includes some gorgeous stamps , a die and a Promarker so that would be a start!

Wow this is fantastic! Love your coloring and I can not notice the lines started to bleed (I color a lot with watercolor pencils and this may help you, I hit my image with my embossing gun for a good min or 2 and before I start, I give it a kick spray with hairspray, my lines rarely bleed doing this) Thank you for playing with us this week at Moving Along With The Times :)

Hurray Shes Back!!!! Missed ya. I use chrome and dont seem to have the same issues as a lot of folks.
Love your card and like Leesa says I dont see the bleeding either, I usually stick my new printed images on the heater to dry out so maybe the heat things worth a go. Thanks for playing on MAWTT this week, Hazelxo
