Yhay!!!!! I'm on holiday for a week. Not going away but have planned a few days here & there and also scheduled in some serious craft time....lol. Hope everyone has had a lovely Sunday and are stuffed after their dinner. I am still in my PJ's (Sunday is the day of rest...lol) and still to have my tea. It will be something from the freezer that goes
Ping! after 5mins...lol. I had hoped for a day to myself and tried to pam Barry off to the golf this morning but his shoulder is still sore... huff... is there no consideration to others...lol. I mean, he has only been out of action for the last 6 months. lol. Oh well, so I sat at my table today while the football (& now the golf) was on the telly and made these 3 cards.
The first one is for the
Stamp Something Saturday Challenge - something with cold winter wind, well after debating whether or not to post a photo of old Baza there after one of my homemade curries I decided upon little Tilda fighting against the winter chill on Hogmany going first footing - cheers to you Tilda!.
I read on someone's blog (forgive me as I can't remember who's) that they had set themselves a target to make at least one Crimbo card a week and I think that it is a jolly good idea so I am gonna follow suit - so thank you however you were. xxx It will certainly save a little of the mad frenzy in October/November...lol.
Card No.2 is for my lovable, adorable nephew CJ (got to say that...lol) who is the coolest kid on the block (been paid to say that...lol). His birthday is not until the end of the month but the challenge over at
Colour Create - Blue & Brown was such a great combo I just couldn't refuse.
I used an Edwin stamp (sorry don't know name) and DCWV papers & saying. My oval nestibilities came in very handy again. I honestly don't know what I used to do before them.
My 3rd, and final card for this evening I have made for one of my friend's little girl, Eden, who will be 1 in April and I have used the
Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge - Transport for this one.
I really liked the image after it was coloured in, the girl with her bogie. My brothers made one one time, used bits of their bikes, didn't go down well with my dad...lol. Theirs wasn't a patch on this girl's or even
Oor Willie's come to think of it!. lol.... those were the days....lol
Well that is it for me this evning, I am going to retire now with the rest of the bottle of wine I have started and do some blog-hopping.........xxxx
