Summer??? - Where's the Sun Gone!

Well, if this is July, I can't wait for August!!! It might bring some sunshine........ lol.  It has been a windy, rainy month so far.  So today seeing all these challenges with summer in mind cheered me up a bit from out of the doldrums.  I have lost my mojo over the last wee while so I am hoping it is returning.  Funny how it comes and goes - do you think it has something to do with the moon? ......lol

I do so love these new characters from Lili of the Valley.  Quite a few of these stamps over the last few months have ended up in my virtual shopping basket - and making it all the way through check-out.  I am prone to do shop "window shopping" online and then log out before I actually reach checkout, it feels like retail therapy, without costing anything!  As I mentioned earlier, there are quite a few challenge blogs with similar themes so I have covered a few, they are:-
I am off to a BBQ a little later - weather is not promising at all - so I shall pop my pac-a-mac in my bag just in case.

Bunny Anniversary Card

Afternoon again with a second post for today.  Made this card using the fabulous sketch across at Moving along with the Times.  The image is a Messy Rabbit one from Joanna Sheen.  Papers are from Papermania and other stuff are from stash.  The other challenge is Spoonfull of Sugar is "Animal Crackers".  They do have an optional challenge for your child to enter too, but since my two pussycats are having a very lazy day sleeping upstairs, I am entering alone ........lol.

Challenge Card

Afternoon everyone and a very wet and wild afternoon it is too.  Sorry I have not been on for a while but we had a wee hiccup with the Internet connection, (Barry playing about with the wifi thingy) so hopefully that is it fixed now - with the help of our friend Dougie.  I haven't been doing much crafting either this week as was not feeling too well (Caught a bit of Barry's man flu!  lol).  Anyway, today I am spending a day at my table playing with my stuff.

This is an image I have in my box for ages and I have no clue where it came from The English Paper Co.  Diecut buttons, sticky ribbon and sentiment are from stash.  The papers are from the This card I have made for the following challenges:-

Papertake Weekly  -  "SIn Stitches"
Stamp with Fun  -  "Birthday"
My Time to Craft  -  "Zig Zags"

Hoping to be back with a few more.
